You're sitting at your desk, and suddenly the Wi-Fi in the back office cuts out. You check your mesh app—one node shows as disconnected or offline. Maybe it's blinking amber or red. You reboot it, it comes back for an hour, then drops again. Sound familiar?

What Actually Causes a Mesh Node to Disconnect?

  • Physical interference: A neighbor's Wi-Fi, a microwave, a baby monitor, or a thick concrete wall between nodes.
